    14 Days / 13 Nights
    Reason to choose the package
    • Sigiriya Rock Fortress (Lion Rock) is a breathtaking landmark, but if heights make you uneasy, you might prefer to skip this excursion. The climb involves navigating numerous steep, narrow steps and tight walkways.
    • This trip includes a few long travel days, with journeys potentially lasting up to five hours. These travel times provide a wonderful chance to connect with locals, fellow travelers, and enjoy the diverse landscapes.
    • Sri Lanka’s tourism surge has led to increased visitors at Yala National Park, raising concerns about overtourism and sustainability. To minimize our impact on wildlife and the environment, we are trialing visits to a less-frequented area of the park, known as Block 5 or Veheragala. Should Block 5 prove too crowded, we will adjust our itinerary to explore Udawalawe National Park and Bundala National Park instead. Udawalawe is renowned for its wild elephants, buffalo, sambar deer, and leopards, while Bundala is known for its crocodiles and diverse birdlife. This alternative itinerary is also followed from September to mid-October when Yala National Park undergoes annual infrastructure development and rejuvenation.
